They are a hard nut to crack. I have not had any luck with them.. I have sent letter after letter only to get a denial. I even called their number and it takes forever to get through to them.. I'm going to take a break and go hard on them again in a couple of months.

They sent me a letter dated Feb. 19 agreeing to the goodwill deletion. When I checked my report at the beginning of this month the late payment was still on my reports. I called Edfinancial and asked them about it and they said they removed the late notation in their system and to give the credit bureaus 60 days. I don't know.
