Hi,
Around 2.5 years ago Elan Financial Services put a 30 day late payment on my account, as I accidentally paid them from an account that wasn't around anymore (my error). They told me that unless i can prove a bank error, they will not remove the hit.
Anything I can do? I really want this removed.
