Elated with a built up score of 809!

Just a celebration to let each of you know that this is all worth it.  The information on this board has helped me get my score from 690 range to 809 in a year and a half.  I did not have that much rebuilding to do, but 5 items that needed to be deleted.  I perservered and read this board every day for one year and then did not take no for an answer.  I had paid a collection before I discovered the board and sent a letter to the ATand T CEO....I also got a NO from Commerce bank on a goodwill letter so I sent one to the president of our local branch.  Other creative ideas because of this board...THANK YOU.  I am going mortgage shopping tomorrow with Suzy platnum reports in hand.  Suzy's kit also helped get rid of one....Now if the mortgages will keep coming down...:smileyvery-happy:

Wow. I want to be you!  Amazing success!
I'm hoping to be in 800's someday from the low 600's initially. We'll see.
