Rebuilding Your Credit

I have one 30 day late on my reports from 09 for Chase and one from 09 on Capital One that I am trying to get removed. Besides these two lates, I have perfect history with them. 

Can someone please PM me email addresses for these two creditors so I can get these removed? Thanks!

When I sent my Email, I just included my name and the last four digits of my card number, I would not suggest including your SS#.

Cap1 Exe Office had no problem pulling up my account with that info I provided to them.
