Hey Guys,
So, I had a 30 day late payment for my Bank of America credit card dated back in March 2014. So, after reading many things on this forum, I decided to send an email to the CEO of the BOA. I sent a personal emial and after a few hours a got a call from someone at BOA. She told me she needed 2 days to review the account and she would get back to me. She called me today and told me that they are unable to remove that 30 day late payment from the 3 credit bureaus because it was accurate.
What should I do? Keep sending the same email?
