Embarrassed but finally starting to rebuild- what to do next?

Hoping the community can help guide me in the right direction. I've pushed off my credit for as long as I can but FINALLY started rebuilding February 2018. I reviewed my credit report and have the following baddies (recently PIF) falling off in the next 24 months. Any recommendations on if I should request an early exclusion or GW for these items. They make up the bulk of my negative credit items and once removed, my scores should increase significantly. I've also recently open 3 new cards (2 secured, 1 unsecured) and making sure to keep balances 2% - 10%. Any advice would be helpful- thank you!
