ok include me in that "can't figure out stage" for tx att general.

 

I did do a BBB and CFPB Compaint.

 

Hope that gives me desired results.

ok well!!! Got back BBB response letter.


They said they followed the rules and that they will get with Comcast to verify name again. The date they have is what they should have for date received.

 

Nothing about taking off my report!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

 

Anyone have info on how to report on TX Att General website?

Can't you just respond to ER and tell them " I requested verification and the docs you sent are clearly not mine, please remove"?

 

As others have said, ERC usually folds pretty easily.

No 😡 BBB was closed/resolved.

 

cFPB i disputed the answer given by ERC have to wait 60 days. 

 

Disputed with att general. Norhing yet.

Disputed with TU have to wait 30 days 😞

I'm sorry things aren't going as well as they have for others, hopefully you'll get some good news soon. If you don't mind me asking where did you go to file the complaint with the Texas Attorney Generals office, you can help others with your information.
