Just got an email from enhanced recovery!!! Deleted. That makes two collections gone still a lot of work to go though

Awesome!  I just sent them a PFD letter, but haven't heard back yet.  If it doesn't work, I will go GW next.  Glad to hear that at least someone in that office is willing to work with you.

This one was somewhat tuff. I mailed twice with no response. I grew frustrated so I called in and spoke with an associate. He gave me the usual it can't be deleted I had to contact the oc. I was persistent but nice at the same time. He than provided me with an email and a direct fax to escalations. I sent in my original GW through the fax as well as an email. Within two days I received my deletion email. I'm pretty pumped. I have realized that effective GW equals persistence, patience, and a short memory. EVERYTIME your denied forget it and try try again.

Did you PIF the account? Also, can you send me the GW fax# and email address? I sent them a PFD letter a week ago and I havent received an response. (I live in the same city as them).
