Received DV from EOS and sent settlement offer of 60%. It is off my reports but not out of SOL(10) yrs here😩BOO! Anyway, was recd by them 11 days ago no response yet, I also included my fax and email. Should I just go in and pay in full before they sue me for a stupid 500 $

I would wait for a response odds are if it cant be reported on they will accept the offer over going after a judgment and costing them more money.
