Anyone having problems acessing their Equifax score power? I haven't had access for 3 days. Gives me error message.
Starting Scores(Jan/2011): EQ 564 TU 538 EXP 576
Ok maybe this has something to do with a dispute with personal Info I am currently doing or a fraud alert I asked to be removed. I can't acess Equifax on MYFico score power or on the equifax online dispute site where you can view you report daily during a dispute... Been 4 days I think now. I get a 710 error message on myfico and system unavailable on the equifax.com. This has happened before but only lasted 1 day...
Just spoke to equifax customer service, asked them why I have no access to my report and an error message. They were unable to help me with any of that and unable to verify if my address change request and fraud alert removal was fixed. he said I could order monitoring and view report to see if this had gone through. haha. he also said equifax hasn't worked with myfico.com for years. Huh?
Unreal, I call for request for help and they try to sell me products! he also said there is no number to call in regards to the fraud alert issue. I guess i will just wait a few days and maybe I the error message will go away and I can get my score power again. it's been over a week now.
