Anyone know why equifax labeled 3 accounts that are in good standing as "dispute in progress by consumer" when I only put a dispute in for accounts that weren't reporting accurately and I never included those 3 accounts?
You can call and try to talk to someone about getting straight. EQ has always shown the most wrong info for me, and seems to be the bureau everyone wants to pull for me, too
The weird thing is...my fico score was 598 for EQ before they labeled the wrong accounts as being disputed... now it's 626. I don't get it. Those are accounts that are in good standing so I dont know why my score would go up with them being disputed
