Equifax fall off date ?

I have an old CO with a DOFD of 9/26/09. According to equifax standard, when would they normally age the CO off ? Also what's the earliest, normally, they would do an EE on it ?

It should age off in September. EQ will sometimes do an EE a month early so probably August, maybe July if you're lucky

The FCRA sets a maximum exclusion date of no later than 7 years plus 180 days from the DOFD.

Thus, the CO must be excluded no later than 3/2017.

Each CRA routinely grants its own early exclusion at approximtely 7 years from DOFD.

They normally entertain an addtional request for an early exclusion of no more than 6 more months, but there is no published policy.
