Equifax reporting CC Closed when it's not.

I have a Walmart CC that was closed and had a 60 day late. I goodwilled GE and the account was reopened with lates removed. Transunion and Experian are reporting the account correctly as being opened but Equifax shows it closed by Grantor with last activity in November which is incorrect because I have been using the account and paying the bil. Can I call Equifax to have it updated??

GE will need to send them the updates I believe.

Okay Thanks, I will contact them tomorrow. Is it possible it will increase my score showing the account as open with 2 years good payments. I'm trying my best to raise my EQ score.

It should, what is your UTIL on that card? wanna keep the util between 1-9%

Just paid it from 98% to 0% UTL. New statement should generate this week

If that is your only CC don't let it report a 0 balance.
