This is day 3 of me trying to dispute things on my husband's 3 & 1 CR through Equifax. I had absolutely no problem at all accessing the dispute part of the CR, but every time we try his we get that. I'm not a fan of the "secure email" way of doing it, but I would. However, I can't! There is not an option on that form that gives us the option to ask them to change our BK from pending to discharged. It was discharged 12/05. When I disputed mine, it was fixed the next day.
Anyone else having a problem with it?
