I know that things from both the CRA and the CA/creditor are done electronically in many cases. Once it gets to where it is going, I am not sure exactly how things are done. I do know that human interface is required in both instances.
I got the CA on the horn with EQ and EX. In no time at all, the errored report was removed. GLORY!
