I wanted to send an email to the EO of Centerpoint Energy to get a collection deleted. First, I googled "CEO Centerpoint Energy." I found his name and used the following format to address my email.
Firstname.Lastname@companyname.com
I always receive a call from someone in the EO regarding my email. I have contacted the EO of Capital One, Sallie Mae, and Centerpoint Energy using this method. Maybe this will help some of you!
