Hi i have been in a battle since January with Experian. I did a PFD on collection from a gas company. I disputed it on equifax and it was removed. I disputed it twice even mailing the receipt to Experian and it keeps coming back verified. Did a online complaint to the FTC. The gas company said they put in almost 3 requests to Experian to remove and they aren't doing it. Anyone have some suggestions? I'm about to apply for a mortgage soon and want it gone.

Contact the gas company and see if they will send you a copy of the deletion. Use that with an ITS letter to EX.
