Experian Disputed Item-Deleted.?

Guys,

A collection activity was filed by ATT some 40 days ago and I disputed it with experian and the results came back as deleted since it was not mine. However, I never got the time to do it with the other Credit B's. What should I do now to have this negative item off my reports and prevent this from occuring again. Does Diversified consultant have the power to file this item again against me. Please advise. Thanks

Nothing you can do to make sure it doesn't show up again.. Just keep an eye on your report.

They could very much sell it to another collection agency and it will pop up again. Then you just dispute again.
