Experian Problems?

Hello All-

The last few weeks I have went on annualfreecreditreport.com and retrieved my credit report. I filed a dispute through my bank (USAA) credit monitoring program through Experian.
Since then I have been unable to view the progress or the results because it says "I don't have access to veiw online." I am confused.

Am I locked out? How did that happen??

   Idk it is very hard to get through to a real person with experian sometimes. Many have had good luck faxing inquires to them then waiting for results in the mail. You could try that route...
