Experian Score Bump Around the Holidays

So I heard Experian gives a little bump to scores around the holidays.  I'm looking to refinance my car and maybe add a new card.  I just paid down all of my current balances to 5% util. so I'm hoping that will help as well.

 

Can anyone confirm this?  And when approximately does this happen during the holidays?

Bump??  I always thought they gave a slap...in the face...with each dispute.  2 on holidays.  Smiley Mad

That was funny, Mo!! Those people at EX are just mean!!! I haden't heard of any bumps at holiday time either. That seems a bit odd anyway.
