So I've been doing what we all do, PFD and request verification from CRA's and I had a win today!
My EXP file looks like this:
Collections: 0
Public Records: 0
Inquiries: 1
Current Experian FICO - 592
I have two new accounts that I just opened within the past two weeks (Cap 1 Platinum Secured and Navy Federal nrewards secured) and i cannot WAIT to see how my Experian FICO responds to it!!
great progress.
I think the most important take away is having good payment habits.
I think we can all have 700 scores, however if we dont pay ontime and or over extend
then all our hard work will just go poof , go away.
again , congrats on the zero collections....lete keep it going.
My friend , I dont think it will make a difference.
I think they are too age already.
if you have the time , go for it.
however I would not stress it.
correct me if am wrong , you have the knowledge to no make the same mistakes again.
far mor better than stressing removing a late. agree

I'm wondering if i should invest effort into requesting deletion of some late pays on my Exeter finance auto loan..i may have 6 over 2 years
I would. Honestly it takes all of a couple minutes to craft a GW letter once you know the gist of what you are doing & want to say. The return on that investment can be tremendous. Worst case, you lose a few minutes of your life for nothing I guess?
