I don't know what your strategy is for rebuilding your score but I got a secure cc and my score went up 100 pt in about a year, 200pt in 2 years. I'd get a visa or MC.

which secured CC did you get? and does it report as secure or unsecured? did it graduate or you ended up closing it?
