Experian didn't accept my pre hippa letter

First of all I'd like to start by thanking the myFico boards. I sent out my pre hippa letters and 2 medical collections accounts were removed from my TransUnion report. I just got a response from Experian however in the form of a letter. To sum it up the letter stated that Experian got a suspicious letter regarding my personal information and that it was determined that it was not sent by me. They suggested that I call, go online, or write them at the address that is on my report and include my full name(w/ middle initial), social, date of birth, current mailing address, and previous addresses for the past two years. What do I do now? Can I send them the same letter and just add the info that they want?

Maybe you could send them a copy of their own letter back to them, and insist that it indeed IS you who is writing.
