Experian not reporting paid off Credit card score went down...

I paid off one of my credit cards to and it was reported on my EQ and TU and Experian has the full balance reported and I lost 20 points.  What can I do to get experian to correct the balance?

And now since im down an additional 20 points how can i re-gain this since they made a mistake?

Unfortunately there is no way to regain those points. Did you pay the cc all they way down to a $0 bal?

Just about there was $100 balance.  I was trying to keep all my credit cards under 10%.  My Equifax score is a 100 point higher difference.

This is really upsetting I cant get those points back.  I sent in a dispute and I will be callig them also!

It's best to let all but one report a 0 balance and the other at 9% or below.

If EX reports that as it should you could get some of the points back.

I have 3 credit cards all of them report a small amount.  Should at least one report a 0 balance?

For the best FICO score during rebuilding, having all but one report a 0 balance and the last one report a 9% or under balance is found to work best.  YMMV so you can tinker around and see what works best for you.
