OMG, I really hate this company!!!! I disputed a collection account and they verified it. I sent them a copy of a letter from the OC and still have heard nothing. I also was added as an AU on 3 different cards and none has shown up on Ex...even though everything is updated on EQ and TU. Of course I tried to call them and got stuck in number pushing hell and couldn't talk to a real person. The only number I have was the one they gave me on my dispute result email. Anyone have better luck with them using a different number other than (800) 493-1058????
Dial that number you have, enter your report #, SSN, and then when it asks what option you want, just say "AGENT." You may have to say "AGENT" a few times, but eventually it will say "Do you want to speak to an agent?" and you'll get transferred.
