Experian really aggravates me!!

I sent EX a dispute over two weeks ago.  Have they updated to say they are investigating?  NO!     I have already sent this dispute once before over a month ago and they said they never received it even though they signed for it.    Do they just pick and choose what they feel like investigating??

Ok I am done.   I just needed to vent.

Because they signed for it...they have 30 days to send you an answer!!! If they say that they didn't receive it...too bad the 30 days stands.

It is possible that someone just didn't place a dispute message on the account. Wait 35 days & then start with the MOV and then the ITS  letters.
