Experian score now 680

I received an email letting me know that my Experian credit score went from 659 to 680 this morning. I am so happy it was raised twenty-one points since July. I need twenty more points to move to low risk level.

Starting Score: 672 TU, 669 EQ, 659 EX FAKO(10/3/11)
Current Score: 786 TU FICO(5/23/14), 758 EQ FICO (8/01/14), 811 EX FICO (5/26/14)

Where do your scores come from?  I haven't seen my EX(Fico) score for over two years now.

Re: Experian score now 680

It's a service that I pay about $15.00 for on Experian and it has their score.  I get my credit reports daily and scores daily.

Current Score: 786 TU FICO(5/23/14), 758 EQ FICO (8/01/14), 811 EX FICO (5/26/14)

Re: Experian score now 680

I believe the service you are reffering to is truecredit.com?  Experian parted ways with myFICO and now use their own credit scoring method similar to FAKO scoring.  Its a much different algorithm.  I know myself because I had signed up to truecredit.com while Experian reports were still being offered through MyFICO.com and both scores were off by 20 points..

Re: Experian score now 680

I tried Trucredit.com before as well and this isn't that.  I sign on directly with Experian not anywhere else.  I will do more research on this.

+1

What you purchased was a FAKO score.  FAKO's are not to be confused with a FICO score.

Current Score: 08/2011 628 EX 575 Lender Pulled

Re: Experian score now 680

The absolute only way possible is if you personally know a credit underwriter (home loan officer for example) They have access to a special system available only to brokers, retailers and the like.  Other than that, a consumer can no longer purchase an Experian FICO score from anyone.  Experian parted ways with consumer FICO scores and are now trying to push their own reports and "fako" scores for sale on their website..

Unfortunately no one has been able to buy their own Experian FICO score since February of 2009. Creditors can pull Experian and also there is a CU (PSECU) in Pennsylvania that supplies that information to it's members only.

From a BK years ago to:
EX - 3/11 pulled by lender- 835, EQ - 2/11-816, TU - 2/11-782
