Experian

My wife had a collection account deleted from her credit report, how many points typically can we see her score to go up? She is sitting at 601 EXP and 608 EQ and need one of them to go up to 620+ to get approved for a convetional loan.

Re: Experian

Any savings available? If so, you might open a SDFCU account and do a secured loan. More installment credit (rather than revolving credit) may help, but it may take a few months to make a difference.

Re: Experian

Installment Credit never helps over revolving accounts.

It's always better to have revolving accounts over installment loans.

Any collections?
