Experience with CFPB

I filed a complaint against a collection agency to the CFPB back in May.  The company I filed a complaint against, never responded.  It's now three months later and the CFPB tells me that they're internally reviewing my complaint, but gave me no info on how long that takes.

Has anyone else had a similar experience?  How long did it take to get resolved?

Wow, thats terrible I hope this is an exception i've not heard of anyone mentioning delayed responses of this length.
