Explanation of arrow in "description" on my reports

Can anyone explain the meaning of the arrow in the description reporting from a CB?   Is it going FROM "Closed or paid account"  TO "Consumer disputes this account information" or the other way around??

  • Description

Re: Explanation of arrow in "description" on my reports

I dont think the arrow indicates any connection.

Whether the account is open or closed is unrelated to whether the consumer has filed a dispute, and thus it would not be going to or from those unrelated ieces of info.

It appears to be some character inserted when the same info was thereafter repeated.

I think that's the comment field, showing what the comment was and what the comment now is.
