Just a note in case it helps anybody else:
I have quite a few collections accounts through Express Recovery Services. I have paid some of them off and disputed them with Experian and TransUnion and they were deleted and have not come back. I think most any collections agency for medical debt will not dispute it because I believe it is a violation of HIPPA guidelines to continue reporting the debt once it has been paid.
