FAMS 30 day letter

I had surgery in dec.  The clinic etc didnt submit my dental along with medical insurance. Both pay a portion. I resubmitted the insurance but in meantime they sent it to FAMS.  They said FAMS doesnt report on my CR but I dont take anyones word for it.  I dont mind paying my portion but not paying my insurances portion.  The OC said they couldnt call  back the  CA process. I find hard to beleiv.  Should I  DV the CA and any specil template for reson on why since its medical.  And awaiting insurance to resubmit. Which takes 30-60 days etc?  I have until the 20th the DV the CA.  Does it ned to be postmrked by then or arrive by then.   Anyone with advice on best way to handle this thanks. onceinsurance pays then ill know what balance I owe. Their business office is horrible.   The amount will change when my dental covers their portion so the balances wont be the same when the DV is processed on their end.  I want to pay my portion but sems the clock is running and dont want on my CR of course   thank everyone.

All of this BS will be gone within 18 months after the credit reporting settlement announced last week. Since you know its yours there is no reason for a DV and I would be calling them to arrange payment of your part in exchange for them NOT reporting it on your CR.

Re: FAMS 30 day letter

Yea I noticed that on the news as well. as it is common sense to do that esp with insurance companies taking 1-3 months to remedy claims.  I just need to slow down the process so my correct balance owed is where it should be.  $1789should be reduced from the balance so I dont want to agree that the balance they sent of $2988 is correct.  I have 5 days left to respond to the dunnning .  Should I DV it sine the balance is incorrect thus giving me some time for the insurance companies to pay their portion?  I wanted to work out a payment plan with the clinic as they do easily bt now that it is over to the CA i dont think I can.  You know how you get different stories from different ppl at the business office.  I have learned to record my calls since ga is a 1 party state.  Thats how I got my Portfolio Recovery Associates tradeline deleted.  Its unheard of to get anything deleted PFD with them.  And sure enough they tried to deny it and other supervisors said they dnt do that.  I spoke to a VP and had them have to get it approved by 6 higher ups.  I had 2  AUD#s and it popped up again on my CR.  So thats all I had to go to war with since it was my word against theirs.  anys didnt mean to get off topic.

What do you think is the best way to keep this from getting reported and time bought so I can have insurance correct it?  Cn it be pulled back from CA once submitted?  I know some medical plces and even yard services dont report to the 3 CBs,  the hospital where I had my 2nd procedure doesnt and that balance im waiting on inurance to cover is 7k.  so 9k for wisdom teeth.  Long story. though and this reply is long enough.  Not sure how to find out if they report to CBs or not anyone know/

I havent called them at all yet and their Dunning letter is date 2/20.  So my clock is running down.  The balance on the dunning letter will be different than the true account balance when insurance covers it.

Ive been 90% successful on the non medical side minus a Chases 30 day late...maye I should try them again after the big russian hack and my card being compromised 2-3 times.  One time i got an alert for 1k at midnight from a casino in cali and I live in ga and I called the casino pit boss and had them get a head start in the case. I even helppd the atty generals office help prosecute the perp when I didnt have to.. Hopefully that is enough to have them delete a 30 day late. my payment history as of his month is 328/329 payments on time with all my accounts and make it my mission to pay my part.  it killed my score.  We as consumers have no way to credit rate them or any leverage othr than leaving them.  And I have over 40k in their savings they are mprob lending out at 15%.  Any suggestions on a Chase GW would be helpful. last time i was shot down.  I heard many years  back they had a lawsuit against them and were allowing many ppl to delete.  Maybe thats the case now again after the big hack.  Anyways sorry for mispellling as im on my phnoe and well you know how that is
