i have i have account with famsa but i have some lates total 4 motnh.. i called them and they gave me the option to refinance and i accept it, but now i cant delete the late payments everytime i call they say thats imposible.... am i calling the wrong number? because it dont matter if i choose english they answer in spanish..
anyone could help me get tis lates delete by providing a better contact info?..
