I think you missed the part about how the amount of days delinquent is longer than the time I opened this account (2000) to the time I paid in full (2008) which is 2920 days. They are reporting 12240 days late.
There are way too many inconsistencies with the way they are reporting this tradeline.
To be honest with you, I don't think that you have a basis for a dispute. Where did you pull this report from, where you got all three bureaus lined up next to each other? This isn't Equifax's format. This looks like a third party vendor, and an issue with how the data is aligned in the view that you're getting. Pull your reports directly from Equifax, and copy and paste the tradeline. Here is an example of what data, and how it would look pulled directly from Equifax:
Example of a closed account directly from Equifax:
Account Number: XXXXXXXXXXXX Current Status: PAYS AS AGREED Account Owner: Individual Account. High Credit: $1234 Type of Account: Revolving Credit Limit: $5000 Term Duration: Terms Frequency: Monthly (due every month) Date Opened: 07/2007 Balance: $0 Date Reported: 12/2008 Amount Past Due: Date of Last Payment: 10/2008 Actual Payment Amount: $38 Scheduled Payment Amount: $0 Date of Last Activity: 10/2008 Date Major Delinquency First Reported: Months Reviewed: 16 Creditor Classification: Activity Description: Paid and Closed Charge Off Amount: $0 Deferred Payment Start Date: Balloon Payment Amount: $0 Balloon Payment Date: Date Closed: 11/2008 Type of Loan: Credit Card Date of First Delinquency: N/A Comments: Account closed at consumers request

Now can someone please tell me if I have a case or not? I don't see how I wouldn't. It's obvious that they are reporting incorrectly.
Actually, aftermath, myFICO is a third party vendor of credit reports. You really need to pull it directly from Equifax for us to see, exactly, how the tradeline is reported.
Whoever is responsible for that - it clearly shows a flaw in myfico's system. The number of late payments in a 7 year period can't be above 100 - I think the industry-leader should figure something out so that errors which aren't even THEORETICALLY possible shouldn't make it on a customer's credit-report in the first place.
