My EQ FICO 04 score FINALLY moved over 700 - now at 715! It sat in the 690 range for the longest time, while all of my 08 scores broke 700 more than six months ago or so. One of my goals for some time has been to get the 04 model north of 700, and this morning I found that it took a good jump. Not a lot has changed in the two months since I last checked the 04 model, therefore I assume that it is just because my baddies from about two years ago aged a bit more.
I have always looked at the 04 model as being one of the more important scores, since this is the one we know many lenders pull.
Thanks so much again to everyone in this community! If all goes as I plan, I will be gardening all of 2015, so I am hopeful that this will help my scores even further through this year!
Year 2012: All Scores in the 520 range, during a foreclosure, CC Settlement and high UTIL. Very ugly days...
April 2024: EX8: 839; EQ8: 845; TU8: 842 -- Middle Mortgage Score: 822
