FICO TU vs Lender Pull TU

My FICO TU is 614, but my lender pulled me at a 582....

Whats the deal? O.o

My credit journey has completed. I am currently sitting at 800+ across the board.

I started my journey here years ago, and thanks to MyFico, it really is possible.

Isn't one TU08' and the other 98 or something to that affect?  Completely two different algorithms, as I understand it.

5/2012: 560 credit scores across the board
12/2014: 750+
3/2017: 780+
11/2019: 833
2/2023: Experian via Chase United Explorer CC pull - 891

Bingo. TU98 is used here, but almost all mortgage lenders use TU04..

Your EQ purchased here is right on with what lenders use, but the TU varies.. if your score is lowish due to negatives, the lender pull usually shows an even lower score, however if you score is high here, it will often show even higher on the lender pull.

My lender pull for TU was a 722, on here it was 714. I was suprised, because my LO told me flat out to expect a 20pt drop from this site to his pull.
