FICO score 0, need a loan

Just recently, I've applied for loans. Unsecured for personal reasons (ei: catch up on bills and pay rent in full for remainder of lease, because I'm currently on short term disability, getting only a set amount from the state) and I was denied. Come to find out, I don't have credit. So, long story short everywhere I went, basically laughed. I just opened a credit card with a 200$ line, and making small purchases (like groceries,, gas) and pay that down...is there anything else I can do to establish credit? I wouldn't mind a higher interest, because let's face it, I'm a "risk", but I refuse to take out payday loans, and I recently went to a lending broker to help find me a loan. There fee for searching was ridiculous, and I don't think they will find me anything, to be honest. They say that they fight for their clients and have worked with their lenders for years. I haven't heard anything back from them yet. All I want to do is establish credit, pay a monthly balance and get back on my feet.

It shouldn't matter how recently you used the card.  More important, how long has it been reporting to the CRAs, if it is at all?

And yes, I have used it. 3 purchases totalling 150$...not to mention the 29$ annual fee as well.

Does it La628? I need to check that then...Also, the broker I was working with were unable to find any loan for me. I knew that would happen. I don't know what else to do. I feel stuck.

Re: FICO score 0, need a loan

I just rechecked and you're right, its monthly when pay the full minimum balance. I think I was confused with reapplying for loans. They said after 6 months to reapply
