My question is was your charge off included in a bankruptcy> Credit one was incl in my Chpt 7 and they have since sold it to a Collection Agency. It show 0 balance on my credit report but also says charge off. Is it even worth the hassle to bother with it?

Can someone please PM me the info so I can do the same thing. I have an account with Credit One Bank & it was sent to LVNV Funding and I have no idea how to get this off my report even though it was paid years ago. Should have never went into collections.
