Just wanted to let everyone know that after 3+yrs one recent paid charge-off, several baddies, and a whole lot of headaches i checked my TransUnion fico score today and my score was at 710 with 33% util. I can't wait until next month when i pay my my util down to 5% and see where the scores will be after. My EQ is 683 right now so it's slowly catching up. To everyone that is trying and starting to get frustrated just know that anything worth having will not be easy and is never just given. Remember this persistence and hard work will all pay off in the end, just don't give up and you will be able to see the hard work paying off at the end. So with only one paid charge-off i still managed to make it in the 700 club, i got one foot in so theres no stopping me know. ONE LAST SCREAM BEFORE I GO YAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!
