Sorry to hear. They are a tough bunch to break. Compare your reports, maybe they made an error which could be beneficial to you

This is what I did. I used (almost verbatim) the letter in the link I posted, just updated it with my account number and differences specific to my reports. I went off the report I get here mostly because it lists all three bureaus information right next to each other. The differences ranged from date of last activity to number of days late. No matter how minor, I listed them all!
