Love the new board. Makes sense since so many of us are rebuilding. I received this response today from the FTC via email. I filed a complaint against Drive Financial about their inaccurate credit reporting. Wondering if the experts here think that the FTC might actually be looking into my complaint?

I just received an email from the FTC on my complaint to Drive Financial. This is what is said. Is this just standard response or should I feel encouraged? The attachment sent was about the FTC and the FCRA and that is provides consumers with the right to fix their credit etc.
