Congrat! Keep us posted on your score bump. Although from what Ive read, the bump isn't as high as you'd think it would be. It's more glorious just not having that public record reporting. Good luck!
That is amazing. Did the liens fall off or did the CRAs remove them after dispute?
So by withdral program, would that be the Direct Debt Installment?

Jim - when you are on the DD program, once you make 3 consecutive payments this way you can send in the Lien Withdrawel request form. I have read that some people send it in after their first payment and had luck getting it removed.
That's good to know! I filled out the 433-D form in Feb and apparently they do not accept doing semi-monthly payments as the form appeared that you could do so. So they sent it back to me denied and to fill it out again, which I did. So 2 months wasted. I was originally thinking of sending out the form 12277 Withdrawal lien a week before my 3rd payment were to be debited. I will give it a shot and try it after the 1st and see what happens. Thanks!

09Lexie,
My paper work is sitting at the irs right now wiating for those withdrawl papers to show. My question is this. Using the "score simulation" tools for some reason they all show my score going down when the lien is removed. is this the case. is there a reason the removal of a 4 year old tax lien would lower score rather then help or at minimum stay the same?
