Fico score increased 51pts

My last medical baddie fell off my Equifax report and my score increased 51 pts to -----------------> 734. I am currently at 30% UTIL, so once I get that down to less than 10%, I am gonna see 750 very soon !!

It's been a long, hard road back to recovery......

There is hope, haha.

I am thinking he may have paid down some CC debt to reduce the ultilization.

On my EQ CR report....
I am currently at UTIL 32% Revolving CCs....(working on getting this down to 10% within next 3 months)

No baddies, lates....squeaky clean CR...

22yrs oldest account - thanks to AU on discover....

AAoA 5.1 yrs....

12 hard inquiries L2 yrs...

The #1 reason my score increased by 51pts was the 1 medical baddie CO on my report. It had dropped off and my score jumped.

3 things I need to do to get my fico score above 760....

1. Pay down UTIL to less than 10%

2. Wait for my 12 inquiries to fall off. Half will fall off in 1yr

3. Continue to pay on time, no lates, derogs, etc....
