Re: Final baddie falling off!

Yeah...it's kinda funny. I was just trying to get my EQ score into the 700 club. I didn't expect to skip it altogether!  Smiley Happy

Of course, I'm sure that I'll sneeze or something & it'll drop below 800...but I'm enjoying it for now!

Good luck!

Re: Final baddie falling off!

Just to update, my last collection fell off my TU report (with just the 90 day late on my student loan from 2005 remaining on my report). My TU score jumped from 704 to 741 (woot!)

Thanks again everyone!!!

Re: Final baddie falling off!

Congratulations to you also!! I know how hard it is to keep these records clean and accurate. I am also looking forward to chargeoffs dropping off my CR in the next month or two. I am in the mid 600's now, but hope to join the 700 club when they fall off. I am really stoked for you that you jumped into the GASP 800 CLUB! Hooray for you and thanks so much for sharing this with us.

I celebrate with you and hope to be posting my own story soon.

Re: Final baddie falling off!

Congrats!!

I have a question. When you refer to "baddies" does that mean with balance or without balance? See, I have one that says it will remain on file till Nov 2010 but with a balance. Shoud I pay that or just let it fall off? Will it fall out of my credit report without paying? Please advise.

Thanks!!!
