Finally CapOne GW success....

Does anyone ever call them? I am trying to get a CapOne collection off mine that has a 6/2013 removal. It would give me great relief if they remove it and I plan to call on Monday. I talked to someone today (Saturday) and he asked me a couple questions but gave me another number to call. He sounded positive when he told me to call them Monday. I am hoping. One thing's for sure.... I will never let any of this stuff happen again. It's a pain!!!!
