I was monitoring my credit report and I see they are doing a soft pull about the same date my mortgage bank did a hard inquiry.

I am trying to have them removed as well.. If you would be so kind as to let me in on your secrets and contact info.. As they have violated a slew of FDCPA and FCRA rules in their reporting to the CRA. But it keeps coming back verified... Thanks in advance
