Finally Starting To Fix My Credit

Sent the corp officers of Signet a GW email today hopefully they respond couldn't find much on them here.

Also sent the corp officers of AHF a fax to each of their offices with a GW letter attached.

Got a response by email from Signet / Kay jewelers

I am contacting you on behalf of Lynn Dennison in response to your letter regarding how we are currently reporting your Kay Jewelers credit account to the three Credit Reporting Agencies.

In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, we can only modify or delete information we are reporting that has been determined to be in error. We do not make adjustments to past delinquencies on an improvement in credit worthiness or personal circumstance.

We apologize that we cannot accommodate your request.

Kay / signet responded again today that they cannot make and adjustment will try other contacts.

Capital one emailed me back with a number pin and extension gentleman i spoke to said he is going to review everything and get back to me.
