Hello everyone,
I Started the journey to fix my credit December 2011. After being denied from just about every lender for an auto loan I knew I had to do something. I currently have a 16% rate from Capital One. I have paid every auto payment on time, however a T-Mobile account was recently sent to collections. This has brought my score back down And I would like to refinance the auto loan. I sent a PFD to the CA and they have not responded. I called T-Mobile and they said they can not retract the debt. Has anyone had any success with Amsher Collections? Any feedback would be great! My last option is to call the CA even though I know that is a big no no.
Calling the CA isn't the worst thing. Just preface the call by saying "By making this call, I am not admitting that the debt is mine, however..."

+1 Success can be had by calling them, you just have to be careful and don't let them bully you into anything.

Thanks for the responses. I called and was told in order for a deletion I had to pay in full. I know this is risky when not in writing. I am crossing my fingers and hoping they don't screw me over!!
Good job! Sounds like a success! IMO I have no reason to believe a CA will straight up lie to you and scam you into paying. If they are willing to delete and don't try to twist words around to make it sound like a delete when it's just a "PIF" mark, then I think you're ok.
