Finally seeing an increase!

I know there had to be something good happening when I got a $2000 CLI on my 6 mo old Cap One!  I waited just long enough to see the increase post on all 3 CRA and then bought the scores...

655 on EX - tenant screening this week so possible rental history enhancement here... I'm going to call thh screening company and check today.

641 on EQ - from myfico.com

622 on TU - from myfico.com - this is less than the 633 I got from Care Credit when they denied me but still up in the last 6-8 months.  :-)

No recent repairs, still have 3 collection baddies from 2008 for a total of about $6000...  and 2 old state tax liens filed in 08 and 09 because I didn't do my taxes on time... they released when I filed for my refunds.

Just a function of time and clean payment histories since January 2009.

Re: Finally seeing an increase!

Not yet... they're all legitimately mine but no extra cash to try for a settlement or PFD.  One is Midland on a Providian/Chase card - I keep getting settlement offers from them in the mail.  No communication from the others.

Re: Finally seeing an increase!

Try and put some money back so when they make an acceptable offer you can pounce on it with a PFD.  Good Luck!
