Ok first attempt ; will this suffice to get the PTD and be sure they stick to it? first try and this is directly from the CA:
Small but most recent date on my list:
"As per our conversation, here is the statement that you ask me for.
Once the payment clears our financial institution we will update with our client so that their records will reflect that this issue has been resolved. Please allow 30-45 days from the day of payment for the client and credit report to be fully updated for a deletion.
